The breakfast buffet and the view are incredible. Japanese and Western options and an exceptional staff very attentive and full of pride for their work. Although the rooms are small, they are comfortable and very clean and with ofuro bathtub. The in-room coffee and tea are perfect. The spa baths are also a zen experience and a highlight. The location is exceptional with transportation and the high-end mall and restaurants adjacent. A bus directly to Haneda airport stops directly at the hotel.

With charming staff, this hotel exceeded our expectations.....once we had worked out how to get in - It is hidden behind huge, blank doors, that are surprisingly easy to miss. There are some exclusive shops and cafes locally, situated near the river and park. We had a brief, but, very enjoyable stay.

A bit further out if you’re intending to explore Tokyo primarily, but the location is conveniently right by the train station and a mall, and on the express train it’s a breezy 15-20 min to Shibuya. The public baths are the best part of this hotel - I started my mornings and ended my days there, as it’s open until 1 AM!
